Qualifying Requirements

Individuals must live in the North Okanagan, which includes Cherryville, Lumby, Lavington, Coldstream, Vernon, Spallumcheen, Armstrong, Enderby, Grindrod, or Falkland.

​Individuals must be on income assistance, persons with disabilities assistance, or have an individual income of less than $35,000, or a combined "adjusted" family income of less than $43,000.

Please Note: Individuals or families with private or employer dental plans are not eligible to attend CDAC.

Services provided include emergency care, basic restorations, extractions, and cleanings.
Emergency Services provided are by APPOINTMENT. We do not do crowns nor bridgework.​
